From the Principal:

It’s exciting to see all that’s happening here at WCMS. We’ve increased enrollment by 32 students from last year, up to 153 total middle schoolers. Our transition to the A/B block schedule is receiving great reviews from students, parents, and teachers. We added many new electives, including STEM, Chapel Worship Team, and Performing Arts, just to name a few. 8th graders even have the opportunity to take Spanish 1 for high school credit for the first time.

The entire middle school spent a wonderful week at Alliance Redwoods in September for outdoor education, team building, and spiritual growth - it was a special opportunity to examine this year’s theme of “Better Together” on a deeper, meaningful level. We hope to sustain the positive momentum from the retreat throughout the  school year as we seek to grow closer and stronger together, and continue to fulfill our school mission statement of preparing students for college and Christian life. If you are interested in the school, feel free to stop by or schedule an appointment for a tour, I’d love to connect with you!
